How can I keep my husband from seeing me cry after he goes to sleep?

I've been dealing with a little depression. Nothing too bad, and I've been seeing a therapist. My husband is a great guy, but I want to avoid telling him about my depression because I know he'll just try to try to fix everything for me and I don't want to be a burden. <br><br>So, I've started crying a lot at night. I've been trying to hold it in, but once I'm in bed, I can't stop myself. I've been trying to go to sleep before him, but that hasn't been working. How can I keep him from hearing me cry? Should I sleep on the couch?
