"Death by old age" is just "murder by cancer"

It's okay to say it. Cancer is the cause of death for most old people, regardless of what happens first (stroke, falls, etc). You can't die from "Stroke" if it didn't cause some other type of cancer to kill you (brain hemmorage, etc). I'm sick and tired of hearing people say someone died from this or that when they could have simply said "they were young when they died... but they got away with living a long life".
