Hello, I (40m) need some help navigigating my family drama. This all started in March when I found out my brother (32m) made a homophobic comment against my daughter (18f). She got accepted to college and my brother thought it was a joke because she is not doing great academically. She was pretty upset that he said that. I wanted to keep contact with my brother however, my daughter and wife were not ok with it. In July, she came out as a lesbian, and my brother just said "whatever". However, things got worse on Saturday. My nephew's birthday and my daughter was excluded from the party bc it was supposively traditional. I tried to explain to him that she is hurt that she was excluded but he instead said how she would corrupt his kids with sodomy. My wife was furious with this and told me she doesnt want to have contact with him at all ever again bc he is "a monster". When I got home, my daughter came up to me and said she no longer wants to go to my brother and SIL's wedding this coming September. She said how it is inappropriate for her to be there bc her and her girlfriend are going to be exclusive this Friday. I told my brother that there was no way she would be going and he basically flipped. He said how she would ruin his wedding and he doesnt want her there anyway. He then said how he is the baby and it is his wedding. Then he called me a loser for being a People's Champ. He is my only biological brother and we have been inseparable since childhood. AITA for this or is he?
