I'm tired of "women miss men soooo much"

Look - sometimes I might miss some things about men, like cuddles, hand jobs, carefree nights out with friends.<br><br>Does that mean that I miss actual men? No. I would still rather be alone forever than to go through what I went through with most men.<br><br>It's like the concept of affection and intimacy is so deeply ingrained in us that we have to remind ourselves that we were treated like crap and are so much better off now.<br><br>But do I "miss men"? No. I do miss what I thought it would be like to be in a relationship with one where I could be loved and cared for. Not the reality, not their actions, but the idea.<br><br>And I still feel better without most of them.
