So why do we hate men exactly?

I really don't get why anyone would hate men, like I don't understand the reasoning behind it. I'm not saying I'm a supporter of men I'm just trying to understand their point of view. I see a lot of people say they are oppressed and don't have the same rights as women, which is true but I'm not seeing where they get off on not being oppressed or whatever it is they're saying. Like they think they're better than women but that's not the case. So yeah just trying to get a better understanding on why we hate men.
