Is it legal for the armed services to recruit/beg people to enlist?

I’ve done scans of the fine print and haven’t found anything about their legality to work on people from such a young age, but would also love to hear your thoughts/take, and if you find any regulations I haven’t seen please drop a link/waste your time responding with it to me!
