What are some things new teachers don’t know coming in?

I’m a student teacher, so this is my first year in the classroom. I am graduating in about 330 days, and my classroom will be mine, all mine. I need all the advice I can get. I’m entering middle school english in not the best district.<br><br>What are things you wish you knew coming in that you can’t learn in school? Any and all advice is appreciated.
