What really works for male acne? not regular acne

I'm 31 and I really brain damaged myself into thinking my hair was falling out and I started researching it and I think I have a hormonal imbalance that's causing hair loss and unwanted facial hair and body hair in general. <br><br>I never had acne as a kid nor teenager until now and I have acne around my neck/shin/chest/thigh. I took hormonal birth control pills and I'm now on accutane and I guess I'm looking for what's the next step after I'm done with accutane? <br><br>What would be the best options that work for you for male acne?
