My (26f) bf (30m) keeps sneaking out of the apartment after work to drink with his colleagues without telling me. How can I (not) take this as a slight?

We both live and work abroad, and I visit home regularly to see mum. He never comes with me to visit my home. We both met abroad. He never ever says anything about his home or family. He never went to visit home or family in 10 years abroad. It’s like he lives just for himself. He never even mentions anything about his parents. I don’t want to visit his country as I know then he will have to visit mine too.<br><br><br><br>His work has a happy hour every friday at a restaurant near his office. He goes every week if not every 2 weeks. He never invites me. When I asked he says it’s strictly work. Strictly work also goes fishing. He lies about going every week. I only found out about the fishing trip because one of his old colleagues posted a picture on linked in. He then said it was strictly work, no wives allowed!<br><br><br><br>He also then asked me why do i need to go with him (he’s so childish). He gets to go with all his colleagues and their wives. Why can’t I go? What makes me so different? He never ever asks me to join him. I am tired of him thinking he can do whatever he wants and I have no opinion!<br><br><br><br>TLDR; My bf drinks with his colleagues without telling me and i feel slighted
