Found this on reddit r/relationships. This guy is 32 years old, so not that young as to not know how to use money and does not seem to be poor or anything.

Here is what he does, from his own words:

**Edit: I bought the shoes on January 16, 2023, and returned them on February 10, 2023.**

Okay. Let me take a deep breath.

My (34F) husband (36M) just returned his work shoes that he bought last month (February 10 2023) and got a full refund.

He bought these work shoes (dress shoes) and return once a year. He returns them exactly 1 month after the 1 year mark.

His shoes are still in brand new condition and look brand new. The soles havent worn at all.

You cannot tell that he has worn them at all.

That's a 120$ pair of shoes he is returning every single year over the last 7 years or so.

He gets a full refund and with the money, he buys an identical exact same pair from the exact same store.

This happens every single year.

I was shocked when I found out.

He does this with shirts and pants as well. Anything he buys, he returns 1 year later and gets a full refund.

What the hell is wrong with this man?

How can he be this way?

He is not cheap. We make a lot of money and have a nice house, new cars, we travel etc.

But he will return anything he buys after 1 year.

I've never met anyone like this before.

I cannot imagine returning new clothes and getting a full refund after 1 year.

His return policy on anything he buys from a store is to return it 1 year later and get a full refund.

What the hell?

Is this normal behaviour?
