I’m a nurse at a hospital, and I givemen vasectomies. Before I stuck the needle in their balls, I have a little chat with them, about why they want vasectomies. I can usually tell based on their age/ how loooong they’ve been married, and if they say stuff like “no more kids” that they already have kids with their wife. <br>Sometimes I flat out ask them. I will say something like, “is your wife with you guys ok with this?”. <br>I’ve had a few say something like, “is she supposed to know about this?”. <br>I just smile and nod and get to work. <br>I intentionally puncture the testicle on them so it’ll be bigger or more black and blue than normal. I also intentionally leave scarring. <br><br>If you’re going to cheat, you should lose your balls.
