Video game-like analog clock at the end of a tunnel?

True story, I'm on the grandfather of my wife yesterday and I have the following image in my head.<br><br>Imagine you're in a tunnel and you see the exit. A light radiates from the exit, and strange little yellow dots swirl around it. I don't know how to describe it. On the light you can see a analog clock showing the current time.<br><br>Of course I have never seen anything like this before in my life. That's why I'm sharing this with you. So far, I have only seen these leaves or lights and spirals.<br><br>I just want to know if someone else has ever experienced such a thing, or is this a sign of a bad something?<br><br>&#x200B;<br><br>Edit: Apparently I made a mistake in the title. I didn't mean tunnel vision but a tunnel. I think my grandfather had a stroke.<br><br>Edit2: Apparently I confused analog and digital. By analog clock I meant a digital one, so the numbers are simply displayed and not one that changes slowly.
