How many people in here are experiencing the sharp pain in their balls upon laying down in bed?

I saw a video in my recomendation on YouTube saying that this pain is due to the dryness of your balls that may lead to ulceration and that may infect your brain after 90 days.<br><br>After watching the video I immediately had the urge to google this topic when I saw that the post was highly upvoted in Reddit too.<br><br>It freaks the fuck out of me to see so many people are experiencing this intense pain just like I am.<br><br>Can someone please tell me if I really need to be concerned or not?
