What is going on in a pinside?

Ok I’ve seen a few pinned comments lately that seem super off. One crazily contentious comment in a very popular thread with a lot of useful information on it, a few just completely irrelevant pins, crazily controversial pins that have been very divisive and aren’t really contributing to the discussion. I love this subreddit, I come here daily for support and solidarity, I am so glad this space exists. I’ve noticed a few other subreddits begin going a little weird too, so I’ve a feeling it’s being manipulated not by people’s personal opinions. I’m going to keep coming here and engaging, just want to put this observation out there, has anyone else noticed?
