I've been in the position where a guy was too scared to break up with me, and I'm sure a lot of you girls have too. If a guy breaks up with you over text, give him the silent treatment afterwards. He has no right to contact you, even if its about the leftovers he left at your house. You're better off without him, and by ghosting him, you're teaching him a lesson to man up in the future and break up with people in person.
