When can you tell someone is black by looking at them and when can't you?

It's always confusing to me. <br><br>There are people you can easily tell are black, white, Asian, Hispanic, etc. <br><br>But then there are people you can't tell. <br><br><br>Like if you're on the bus and you see someone who is dark skinned. It can be confusing. <br><br><br>Like some people are brown, you can't tell if they're Hispanic or black. Mostly Middle Eastern people. <br><br>This is confusing and I'm gonna get myself cancelled yet I'm black. <br><br><br>Edit: Okay, let's settle this niggershiits. If you can't tell if someone is black or another race how do you know what they are?
