Wanting to move from US to Israel as a emergency ambulance paramedic

In the US, I have a job as a Paramedic that I love with all my heart. Coming from an EMT background, I worked as a combat medic in the emergency room, ambulance, working with an amazing team to help save lives. I love Israel with all my heart, and I am seriously considering Aliyah, moving to Israel to help as a paramedic, but they require a degree from an Israeli university. Does anyone have any experience with working in the healthcare field with Israel? Does anyone know of any programs that Israel has for foreign workers? I heard about MASHAV, but I have not had any experience in the foreign work sector, especially when it comes to any government opportunities. Thank you for your help.
