I was on r/r/nosleep and found a post that made it clear it was 4chan. I posted it in r/nosleep. I was banned from my alternate instagram account with the post. But I got 3000 upvotes and a bronze award.

Here is the post
P.S. I cant post the link to it
I woke up in a metal tub full of water.
I was groggy and my body was in a lot of pain. I tried to sit up, but a loud clang echoed through whatever room I was in followed by the feeling of intense agony going through my entire body. I was out cold.

My next memory was my head clearing. I was in an area that resembled an operating room, with the exception that instead of a bed, I was in a large metal tub of water. The tub was filled over the top, with a small portion of the water constantly flowing out and into a pipe with the same going on in the opposite corner of the tub. I looked at my head and I was bleeding. I felt with my hand and there was a large point of pain where I had obviously hit my head so hard I had lacerated it. I decided to sit up slower, take in my surroundings at the same time. There was a lot of spray paint and knives around, and a large door that seemed to be locked. It had large bolts at the bottom and the top, but I couldn't see what was holding it closed. I decided to try to stand up and look outside. The room didn't seem to have any windows, so I had to use the tub to somewhat look around.

I didn't see much, but I found a wooden door on the other side of the room. Looking at the area, I saw that outside there didn't seem to be any windows. There was some kind of metal covering on the outside. I was also able to look at the bolts on the large spray paint door. One of the bolts was not bolted by a bolt, but by a large steel pin. The pins on each end had large metal rings on the end, and I could see spray paint lying on the ground on each side. I stood up, looking around and trying to figure out how to get out. It was so quiet. I wanted to yell at the top of my lungs, but something was stopping me. Something was telling me not to yell, not to make any noise. I looked around slowly, then hopped out of the tub and walked slowly towards the wooden door. It was locked, but there was a key card in the entrance. I grabbed the key card, trying not to make any noise, and quietly slid it into the slot. I waited, looking around slowly for any sign of movement. There was none. I grabbed the handle and turned it, trying my best not to make any noise, then I pulled the door slightly ajar. This put my heart into somewhat of an overdrive because I felt a wave of warm air flow through the crack, followed by the sound of a very faint moaning. I froze, almost petrified by the sound. I could hear heavy breathing, then slowly and quietly, I started to hear footsteps.

I looked at the door and back at the tub. I was frozen in place. I didn't know what to do, but at that moment, my brain decided for me. I shut the door as loudly as possible and ran to the metal door. I started to slide the pins out, then I heard the sound of the wooden door exploding open and footsteps started coming towards me at an alarming rate. The pins came out and I started to pull the doors open. I could hear screaming, followed by the sound of metal scratching on metal. And then I was outside, gasping air. The feeling was incredible, followed by the sound of the doors slamming shut. I was standing in an alleyway and I could see the road just down the way. I started to run, and my legs gave out from under me almost immediately. I fell, the road was too hot to sit on so I used my hands to hold my weight off the ground and crawled forward. After what seemed like and eternity, I made it to the road and I could somewhat see the city. It was completely dead. No cars, no lights, no people. Just concrete and metal. I could see the sun, and it seemed like it was somewhat sunny, but the atmosphere was so thick with smoke that the sun looked like the moon. I smiled, then gritted my teeth and crawled forward. Every muscle in my body screamed in pain, but I knew I had to keep going. I had to get out.

My legs started to feel a little bit better, and soon I was able to stand up at a slow pace. Everything hurt, and I was lifting my legs almost as if they weighed a ton. I could feel my pulse over the snap of my teeth into a grimace at almost every step. At almost every step I wanted to fall, everything inside of me wanted to just lie down and let go.
But I was going to get out.
So I walked.

I walked for what seemed like hours until I saw the first person.

My legs gave out under me, and I fell again. The man was standing and waving, trying to get my attention, and I just lay in the middle of the street, looking at him. As I looked he sent a car my way and two men came running out. I was trying desperately to get up, but my legs were not allowing it. I didn't want to rely on these people, but they were my only option. I let them lift me up, and I looked over at the man standing in the lawn next to me. He was smiling, and he waved and shouted out to me, "WE'LL GET YOU OUT!" It was almost too much for me to handle. I let the men put me in the back of the car, and I looked back at the city. I could see spray paint covering an entire section of the city. Almost a quarter of the city was painted with red, some kind of symbol, and then a red circle with an X through it. I didn't know any better, I didn't care. I looked back at the man, then I looked at the men in the car with me. They were smiling, and I could feel tears welling up.

My throat hurt, followed by the sound of my voice breaking as I asked "What...what is going on?"

The two men looked at each other, then back at me. My eyes locked onto the man who wasn't driving, I could see he was about to say something, but before he did, the sound of screeching echoed through the air followed by a loud crash. The car slowed, then came to a halt, and the men looked at each other and then back at me. They both smiled, then the passenger side man opened the passenger door while the driver side man stepped out. The passenger side man looked back at me, and simply said "You've gotta go."

I was confused, but I didn't want to be in a car. I wanted to feel the fresh air in my lungs while I walked.

I didn't know why, but I wanted to walk.

So I stepped out, and stood up.

I felt the warmth from the sun hitting the back of my head, lifting my face towards the horizon. I took a deep breath in, and let it out slowly. I could feel the blood rushing through my head, and I could taste the air on my lips. It was warm.

And then I heard him screaming.

I looked back and I saw a figure standing on the top of one of the city's skyscrapers, with his arms waving wildly in the air. The sound echoed through the city, and up the road. I saw a car crash on the side of the road, followed by a few more people running out towards me. My heart was racing, and I didn't want to look back. I didn't want to see what I knew was coming, but I couldn't help it. I turned around and I saw a figure limping towards me.

At almost the exact same moment, a spray painted van came screeching out of the side road, followed by two spray painted cars, and then a large military style truck. The truck almost took off the side of one of the cars as it came around the corner, plowing straight into the figure limping towards me. I covered my eyes and fell to my knees, before I could even react. The sound was somewhat muted due to the distance, but the sound of crunching metal and bone was almost deafening.

I looked up, almost in slow motion, and I saw a figure standing next to me. I could see he was dressed in black, with a ski mask covering his face, but only see the outline of the mask due to the sun behind him. He turned and looked at me before he said "We...we have to go!"

But before he could grab me, another figure spray painted green came running out of one of the cars and stabbed him in the back with a two-by-four piece of wood covered in nails.
Then I was grabbed.

My hand was gripped by what I could only assume was the driver of the van. He was holding me with such intensity, I wouldn't have been surprised if he broke my arm. I didn't even look at his face. I knew he was the person who was going to get me out. I could feel it. He dragged me towards the van, followed by two other people pulling the back doors open. They tossed me in, and then they started to close the doors.
Then I heard him screaming at the top of his lungs. I could only see the outline of the man by the halo of the sun behind him, but his arms and legs were
