The show is full of self-indulgent nonsense and the characters are insufferable and dumb but that's not why I'm here. I'm here for the absurdity of these teenage girls and women having sex with teenage boys and full grown men. I'm here for the gross overacting of the girls when the boys don't call them back. I'm here for the way that girls try to one up other girls over their sex lives. I'm here for Maddy's infamous "My dick is bigger than your dick" line. I'm here for the way the girls make fun of the boys for being goth. I'm here for the way that girls make fun of other girls for having big bellies. I'm here for the way that girls call other girls "ugly" or "fat" and then call themselves "strong" and "empowered". I'm here for the way the characters act like they have never heard of social media and are constantly talking about how they're going to take a picture of their pussy and post it on Instagram, or how they're going to screenshot a picture of a man's junk and send it to their friend, or how they're going to send a picture of a man's junk to his girlfriend, or how they're going to post a picture of their pussy on Tik Tok and go viral. I'm here for the way that the girls try to "expose" the boys who they think are gay. I'm here for the way the boys will flirt with the girls and then say shit like "I'm gay" when a girl starts to get close to them. I'm here for the way the girls will make fun of the boys for not wanting to fuck them. I'm here for the absurdity of the "STD parties". I'm here for the way the characters will say shit like "I'm going to punch you in the gut" or "I'm going to punch you in the face" when they really mean they're going to slap or hit you with a chair. I'm here for the way that the characters will say shit like "Fuck you, I don't care" when really they care very much. I'm here for the absurdity of the characters. I'm here for the absurdity of the plot. I'm here for the absurdity of the dialogue. I'm here for the absurdity of the acting.
