i caught a kid cheat on a test

so today i had my 7th grad English class come in to take a test on a short story we had read. The cheat was so bold and i did not know how to react so he is my question for you reddit, how should i have approached this situation and how do i approach him about it. <br><br>The kid in question i will call this boy bob, bob has been on my classes "behavior card" before not for anything over the top but he has been talked to about some stupid shit like saying he dared me to kick him. <br><br>So now to the cheating this boy who is about 20 pounds overweight cheat caught my attention about half way through the test because he is dared me to kick him again. I went up to him and what i found on his desk was a piece of tapped up paper with the answers to the test somehow no other kid around him noticed this the test it self is not hard and he would have been able to finish in the time allotted. <br><br>So here is my question how do i or should i approach him not only about the cheating but also the tapped up paper with the answers on it. Also he has a tutor not sure if that effects anything.
