There's a kid in my neighborhood wearing headphones and roaming around at 1 AM.. but he's deaf?

Granted, I don't see him every night but last night, as I was out walking my dog I could see him walking around across the street near his house. It was a bit before 1 am and literally no one is out at that hour. <br><br>I've seen him maybe 3 times doing literally nothing but roaming around. It is baffling to me and I'm just gonna chalk this up to a glitch in the matrix.
