My company is having trouble finding people to fill different positions. This may be the first full week we have not hired someone for an open position. The work ethic of the younger generation is going down and I'm not sure what to do.

I have been applying for jobs non-stop since I was a child. Constantly applying for jobs and asking for jobs. I started working when I was about 15. I was a senior in High School, I ranked 2nd in my class. I had job interviews lined up before I graduated. I had 2 weeks of unemployment after I graduated college. I have never been denied a job that I applied for, because I have always applied for jobs that match my skills. I do not go into a job interview unprepared and know nothing about the company.

If you have completed Highschool, completed a 2 year degree, and still have not found your first job, then you are not working hard enough. I graduate at 23, I have 3 completed degrees from 3 different United States Universities. I contribute the lack of work ethic to video games.
