TWINS!?

I dont know if it's an app or what but I've been seeing the same woman everywhere. I know she has twins cuz I saw one wear the other's jacket. I've seen two at once driving whatever. I dont know what's going on. It's the same woman. Same hair color, same car, same everything. If anyone in the Columbus, Ohio area has noticed a young woman with red hair driving a black car please hit me with some information
