Why the hell does nobody clap when a pregnant woman does that "I am proud of my body" rant?

Or that woman holding the photos of her kids, I cant stand her, she made this weird feral "I am proud of my body" speech, and at the end said "I want to thank my parents" and then she looks at her father, this was so cringy and nobody clapped, I hated the mother the most, she was so cringy, hypocritical, adn dont even get me started on how her son is literally "the human equivalent of a bag of sh*t hanging from the undercarriage of a car, manpower dont tell me you havent heard the phrase before.
