Hebrew/Israel compared to the Arab languages/dialects compared/contrast

It it comparable to the relationship between Spanish and Portuguese? French and Italian? Close but not completely like Greek and Turkish<br><br>From my experience both Arabic dialects and Hebrew aren’t close to classical Arabic/biblical Hebrew and the dialects in Arabic are not as similar as like Spanish and Portuguese
