What if the Americas and Africa were more developed than Asia and Europe?

The Americas have access to two oceans and you may be wondering which one. East and West! They also have mountains and a more access to electricity, since Niagara Falls is almost in the middle of North America. I would imagine South America would be a highly developed country that would be similar to Canada in a way.<br><br><br>Africa would be as developed as Europe, although, I imagine the Sahara would have to be developed like the USA when they bought Alaska and made it developed. Although, we also have multiple rivers so we would develop around there.
