My husband peed on my wedding dress the night of our wedding.

Hopefully this is more to her liking.<br><br>I was married this past weekend and my wedding was everything I had hoped it would be. At the time, I thought my husband was on the same page, but now I am not so sure.<br><br>My maid of honor and I were scantily clad in our hotel room. I left to get something from my car, and when I returned she was obviously drunk. She started talking about a bachelorette party and how it was unacceptable that we didn’t have one at my wedding.<br><br>My dress was already packed up so I let her have her fun. We pretended to have a bachelorette party and it was actually a lot of fun, until I returned to my new husband. He was noticeably angry and I soon learned why. He had gotten even more drunk than my maid of honor and in his travels he ended up peeing on my wedding dress, which had come out of the bag when he was walking around the hotel at 3am.<br><br>I was furious and pleading with him the rest of the night for him not to throw out my beautiful dress but he didn’t seem to care at all.<br><br>I don’t know what to do. He’s been sleeping all day today and I just wanted to express how I’m really feeling here. He is such an idiot.<br><br>EDIT: I’m back! He also peed on my shoes and my honeymoon luggage, which had to be replaced because it reeked of pee. He also tried to burn the dress with lighter fluid but couldn’t get it to work.<br><br>We are not divorced (yet) and he’s doing everything in his power to make it right. Yes he is an alcoholic and is going to rehab. Yes it was a stupid thing to do but the past is the past and we will be getting through this as he realizes his mistakes. He is very sorry and knows what he did was completely unacceptable and hurtful. It was a mistake and he is very regretful of it. <br><br>EDIT: Update: The dress with urine was burned and I was gifted a preserved replica. There is a video on TikTok of me burning the dress. It was a very sickening smell and now the entire hotel is stunk up but we did it.
