What are some obvious traps/subliminales that you see on Reddit every day?

I feel like I’m just missing something that’s right in front of me.

Example:
In r/confession, every post with over 20k upvotes has a thumbnail of a hot girl/woman. It always seems to be the same few accounts. All of the post body’s are very similar. “I [23f] cheated on my husband [30m] with my best friend [20m] who’s moving away.”

I find it weird because it doesn’t feel like you’re in a real person’s head. It doesn’t feel like a real confession. It feels like a fantasy that has been projected into the format of a personal confession, with the intention of causing some sort of response from the reader that can be capitalized on by whoever is creating these posts.

Both the thumbnail and subject are the hooks. If you get tens of thousands of upvotes, you can instantly create an account and make a few k from spamming ads in the chat with your new post history.
Could be entirely wrong here. All of these posts could be totally made by a real person. Or some could be, and the rest are fake. Idk.

But this is just my observation, what are other obvious traps/subliminals that you see regularly?
