Everytime I get a parking ticket I throw them in the trash. Never received a fine or any other punishment.

True in Sweden at least. I dont really get it. I get that it cant be a full time job to keep track of all the people who does this but it feels like they should be able to track at least 90% of all the people who do this. Is this just to keep you on your toes?
