AITA for not giving a cupcake to a child who is not originally on the guest list.

I (27f) recently returned to my hometown after being away for college and work. My grandma often hosts a Saturday morning breakfast where the kids get free treats. I made a customized cupcake for her guests’ kids. There were eight kids originally on the list: my cousins, next door neighbors, and classmates. The breakfast was held this past Saturday. The kid of one of my neighbors received an invitation last minute. I feel bad for not having enough time to make another cupcake and the parent didn’t ask me to make one. On Saturday, I brought enough cups and forks along with the cupcake for everyone including the extra kid. I handed them out as the kids arrived and one mom (the extra kid’s mom) was upset that I didn’t make two of the same cupcake. I only know this because she unWrapped the cupcake to show everyone the inside. I felt bad and apologized to her privately. She declined my offer to make her a custom cupcake next week but said I should have made two of the same cupcake the previous week.

AITA?
