Do men in Reddit just like to brag?

The first thing I learned about the manosphere was all the bragging I saw about how much pussy the guys get, and the women are just after their money. What I have learned is that men are often lying and exaggerating about their conquests, pretty much just to feed their fragile egos, and women just laugh that they think that they are in demand, but in reality they are just lying. Men just lke to brag in order to get a validation, pretty much like women.<br><br>Edit: I am a woman and I am just trying to understand why men are lying so often and I get very confused with this.
