Hate is a strong word but a lot of the time it’s just an exaggeration

Okay so I’m guilty of this too but every time I see someone say ‘I’d never do that I’d hate myself for life, I’d kill myself etc’ and then someone posts a picture of them doing it on Instagram 2 weeks later. <br>I just wish people could stop saying ‘I’d never do that I’d hate myself for life’ and instead say ‘I’d never do that I’d hate myself for a couple of days but I’d get over it’. Hate is about the strength of emotion someone has towards another person and people just use it for anything and everything.
