My cousin, an EMT, is about to die due to a head injury and now he is convinced this is all reality in which we are living in a simulation

So, my cousin was in a serious accident that caused a bleeding in his brain. So now, the situation is that the bleeding does not stop and he will die very soon. If the bleeding stops, there is a high chance that he will suffer from brain damage due to the bleeding and/or the anoxia. Not good. <br><br>The thing is that at the moment he is still kind of responsive, and he tells his family that he realizes that this is not real and that we are living in a simulation. He cannot really articulate well the thought, but it has been recurring everyday while he has the accident.<br><br>Investigating a bit, I have not found anything similar in Google so, I wanted to share this and see if people have heard similar things from people that claim that they have seen the afterlife due to anoxia or head injury
