Do girls get turned off by guys that say “I can’t get enough of you”?

My current girlfriend told me she thinks I’m perfect, and I said “I can’t get enough of you; you’re the only girl I want and I can’t imagine that ever changing”. She seemed surprised and almost even turned off, which I figured was because of how over the top it is. I guess it just doesn’t appeal to you?
