Can anyone hear themselves? Or am I going crazy?

I begin to hear voices in my ear when I’m alone. I hear my voice, with inflections I don’t recognize with words I’ve never said… and it’s SO realistic it feels like I’m going crazy.<br><br>This voice sounds EXACTLY like my voice, and most often is giving advice or talking about things I’m doing… but words I never said. I hear it when I’m alone, and it’s often much louder than my own inner voice. It’s so real that I often turn around, thinking someone else is talking to me.<br><br>Has anyone else ever experienced this? Or am I just losing my grip on reality?
