Has anyone here ever lived in a dormitory (university) and what was it like?

I’ve never encountered a more awful place. All of the people in the building would either avoid each other or had groups of friends and I had no one except my 2 friends who weren’t in university still. Being forced to live in close proximity with girls made me want to kill myself. I heard a girl getting fucked every night and it made me feel like the most disgusting loser alive. I don’t even care I just want to say this (polyamorous) girl got 2 different people to fuck her while I was there.
