Amazon to cut 9,000 more jobs in addition to previously announced 18,000 roles

The cuts represent about 3% of Amazon’s workforce and add to the 18,000 layoffs it announced in January. CEO Andy Jassy said they are part of a review “to make sure these teams are set up to be successful going forward”.
