AITA for refusing to invite my biological father at my wedding?

25F. I am the product of a rape. My mother had a regular customer and one day, he went beyond the usual boundaries. I found out who my biological father was when I was 16 after a DNA test. He held my mother at gun point and raped her. I confronted him. He did not even remember me nor my mother and he said I should be glad he is doing well and that means I might inherit money when he'll die, but that he was not planning to be part of my life. My mom and I moved to the town where my grandma lives and it's here that my mom met my stepdad, who is the guy I would call my father. He adopted me 6 years ago. I have 2 younger brothers and we are very closed. We are a big family with my mom, my dad, my grandma and grandpa and us 3. The "bio dad" found out I was getting married and said he was expecting an invitation and that my stepdad and my mom had no right to replace him. My parents and I said we are not inviting him. The wedding is in a little more than a month and he is now threatening to call the police. My mom said she has no doubts that she'll get deemed mentally unfit to take care of herself and me because of the trauma his words inflict on her and she will not fight it even if she is okay, only to get him to stop. AITA?

Edit: for those wondering how he found out about the wedding, we don't know. My parents are wondering if he is using a private investigator or something like that. He stalked my mom after the rape and she had to be under police protection for a couple of months
