I've been to therapy for god knows how many years, I've been to all sorts of counseling, I have a pretty strict exercise regimen, I take supplements for anxiety and all other sorts of depression stuff. I always have a job, I've always been social, I'm not NEARLY as socially insecure as most of you guys. I go out, I do stuff, I have hobbies, I have friends, I have a decent amount of money.

I'm not some loser that just leaves in his room, I'm a loser that leaves in his apartment! I have a 10 and am pretty okay looking, I have a decent amount of hookups, I'm active in my church, I do all sorts of different stuff. I go out, I do stuff, I have friends, I have a decent amount of hookups, and I still feel like blowing my brains out every other day.

Why do normies think its so simple as to just go outside and suddenly the magic depression will just disappear? I'm at a pretty okay point in my life right now, I have a pretty okay job, I have a lot of friends, I have hookups, I still get incredibly depressed sometimes and even though I have people in my life I still feel incredibly lonely.

Anyways, i just wanted to say that, thanks for reading, if you're feeling down, just remember that you're not alone <3
