AITA for calling my SIL a shallow, vain, shallow, self-absorbed, shallow, shallow, vain woman?

My SIL (F36) is one of those people who has it all. Her life is one big fairy tale. She has been married to her perfect husband since she was 17 and they have three beautiful children. They are still in their original family home which she has decorated with her wedding photos everywhere.

She looks great. She has a great figure, beautiful long blonde hair, blue eyes, etc. She works in a hair salon where she looks after all the high profile women in our town. She has won numerous beauty contests. Her life is all about her looks.

My issue with her is she never gets involved with anything. I met her when I was 17 too and we used to be friends but I quickly realised that once you went past talking about appearance, we had nothing in common. When we turned 18 I went off to college, she had gotten married and started working in a hair salon.

Over the years whenever I tried to get her involved in something, she always had some excuse. For example, if I invited her to a community event, she would only want to bring hair products and set up a stall. If I invited her to a quiz, she would only answer questions about hair and beauty.

When I had my baby I asked her to come and visit but she said she had no time and asked if I wanted her to give me a haircut. I asked her if she was ever going to get her hands dirty and that I really just wanted some adult conversation. She hasn’t visited my house since I had my baby five years ago.

Yesterday we met up at my parents for lunch and she mentioned she was feeling stressed because she had gotten old stretch marks on the back of her thighs. She wanted to know if there was some non surgical face mask she could use to cover them up. I snapped and called her a shallow, vain, shallow, self-absorbed, shallow, shallow, vain woman. She got uppity with me and said I was only jealous and needed to get over it. My mum and dad tried to get me to apologise but I refuse. Am I wrong?
