Someone has been posting in Wikipedia for 10 years without anybody realising they aren't capable of understanding what they are writing.

A person with serious development delays is able to access a computer and as they find it fun to write, they end up posting on Wikipedia. It takes them 10 years for anyone to notice that something is odd with this person and as they only know it by it's username, they are shocked by the person's disability and difficulties in communication.
