Cover your mouth and nose and inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, and hold again for 4 seconds. 1 more critical step is to feel the breath in your diaphragm if you are angry or anxious and focus on moving the breath into your lower abdomen, take 9 more breaths and you will be out of the anger/fear response. This is useful for any fight or argument when you want to say something you will regret later. Shout this tip to anyone who will listen.
