Do you think that what we see when we die is real?

When we die do you think that what we see is actually real? Like the tunnel of light and your loved ones on the other side? I personally don't think so, I think its just some sort of drug that the brain releases. The only experience that I believe is real is near death experiences when you are revived, I've heard some crazy stories from people that have been clinically dead and come back. What are your thoughts on this?
