Can anyone in my neighborhood pay my power bill?

There's someone in my (moderately sized) apartment complex who didn't pay his power bill but, it is still working. I know (or at least, I'm guessing) that the reason it is still working is that someone in the complex is paying the bill for others.<br><br>Now, my power bill is definitely in jeopardy of being cut off but, if someone in the complex is paying for someone else's power then, will they maybe pay for mine too? The reasoning I'm using is based on why they may be paying someone else's bill; Maybe they're just paying the bill to help someone they know or, maybe they just can't stand the idea of someone being left in the dark.<br><br>I'm currently left in the dark facing that I may have to pay my power bill. One of my least favorite things eh.
