What's the deal with Pete Buttigieg

The guy has few accomplishments outside of being the mayor of some small town in Indiana. Like, Palin was at least governor of Alaska, which has a larger population.<br><br>Is he going for vice president? Is this a fundraising campaign? Is he trying to be the next DNC chair?
