My life is a video game

I'm 15, I have been having vivid dreams since I was 3. I think I know what's happening to me. I have been waking up at the exact same time every day and going to sleep at the same time every night. It's like I'm on autopilot, I just know when to wake up. I can't describe it properly. I have no clue if I'm right but it feels like I have a system. I have been reading online for years. I know it's just my brain creating all these things but I still want to know. I want to know if this is real.
