Do women have a hard time carrying their own grocery bags up the stairs?

The title basically says it all. My grandma has a Whole Foods within walking distance of her house. She’s happy to be able to walk there but she gets to the top of the stairs (it’s 20 steps in total) and her knees have given out and she struggles to carry her own groceries. Every. Single. Time. I wonder how much she actually spent on the food vs. the tips she gives the delivery people.
