AITA for not stopping my 8 year old from moving her sisters things out of her room and into the hallway?

I have 3 daughters, 8, 5, and 2. The 5 and 8 year old share a room. The 2 year old has her own room.

The 8 year old has built a "fort" in the living room. It's basically a big tent made of blankets and pillows. She's been spending a lot of time in there and got it all set up with stuffed animals and games and even her tablet.

This morning she and her sister got into a fight about the tablet bc the 5 year old wanted to watch a show and the 8 year old had taken it into her tent and the 5 year old went into the tent to get it and the 8 year old told her no and they started screaming at each other.

I told the 8 year old that if she wants the tablet for that long, she needs to find a way to keep it in her room. So she went into their room, took her sisters night stand and pulled it into the living room. She then proceeded to move everything from the night stand into the tent. This included her sisters tablet and a few toys.

The 5 year old was not happy and started screaming and I told her that she needed to find a way to compromise with her sister. The 8 year old then went back into their room and she and her sister got into another fight. She came out a few mins later carrying her sisters clothes. She put her sisters clothes in the hallway and yelled that she doesn't want to share a room anymore but she's not supposed to move her sisters stuff so she's putting her sisters stuff in the hall so she can move them to a different room.

I didn't say or do anything. I figured since she's the one that took the tablet and caused the problem she should have to figure out how to solve the problem. When she put her sisters clothes in the hall the 5 year old started screaming again and I again told her she needs to find a solution to her problem.

The 8 year old then went back into the room and she and her sister got into a fight again. She came out a few mins later with her sisters bed sheets. She put the sheets on top of her sisters clothes.

I still didn't say anything. The 5 year old was wailing at this point. When I wouldn't help her the 8 year old went back into the room. She came out a few mins later with her sisters clothes and stuffed animals and put them on top of the sheets.

The 5 year old started saying she's sorry over and over as the 8 year old was coming out with each load. By the time the 5 year old was saying she's sorry, the 8 year old had already put her sisters TV and hair dryer and a nightstand and bedtime stuff in the hall. The 5 year old then started helping carry her stuff back to their room.

When they were done the 8 year old told the 5 year old that since she has her tent in the living room, she doesn't need to share a room any more and she's gonna be out there for the rest of the day. The 5 year old said okay and now they're both playing in the tent.
