Anyone else feel like having their heads down for a few days to process their emotions for self care?

I keep seeing this all over the place but I don’t think people realize or will admit how much the overturn of roe v wade affects women. I’m really saddened by this and just want to be alone with my dogs as they will comfort me whereas every other human outside of my relationship with my partner will invalidate me. I am so tired and drained and wish people cared about others rather than their own power.
