Do you ever have a strange sensation where you feel as if you're watching a video of yourself, rather than experiencing life itself?

It's hard to put into words, but sometimes, it feels as if I'm watching a video of my life play out. This isn't just a normal feeling of being self aware or something, but it's like looking at myself from the outside. Sometimes I'll be talking to someone, and the voice coming out of my own mouth will sound foreign to me. Or, I'll look down at my hands and think, "Wow, that's a nice hand you've got there, stranger".<br><br>&#x200B;<br><br>It's a really strange feeling.
